Hey, I am Kevin Scharfenberg, your local Realtor® with Exp Realty. When I’m not helping my clients buying and selling houses for clients I keep busy with my wife and four sons. We are a homeschooling family and love to learn through nature! Getting outside hiking, swimming, nature walks, tubing down the river, boating and lighting campfires.

We moved to the area from the coast so we could enjoy the best weather in Canada and we are so glad that we did. Our daughter is grown and starting a life of her own by attending TRU!

I am a high energy person and I don’t like to procrastinate . I apply this to every area in my life. My motto is to provide “Service That Soars Above The Rest”.
