With a population of around 650 people, Savona is a small community on the west end of Kamloops Lake. It is approximately halfway between Cache Creek and Kamloops along the Trans Canada Highway. Kamloops Lake is 1.6 km wide and 29 km long with a maximum depth of over 140m. It covers 52 square kilometers. The lake is great for boating, fishing, swimming. Savona boasts beautiful views and amazing scenery, all bundled into a quiet and friendly community. Homes are a mix of single family residential, modular and mobile homes.
High School students have the option of attending Desert Sands Community School or a secondary school in Kamloops.
