About Me

Hey, I am Kevin Scharfenberg, your local Realtor® with Exp Realty. When I’m not helping my clients buying and selling houses for clients I keep busy with my wife and four sons. We are a homeschooling family and love to learn through nature! Getting outside hiking, swimming, nature walks, tubing down the river, boating and lighting campfires.

We moved to the area from the coast so we could enjoy the best weather in Canada and we are so glad that we did.  

I am a high energy person and I don’t like to procrastinate . I apply this to every area in my life. My motto is to provide “Service That Soars Above The Rest”. I take pride in guiding you through the buying or selling process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step of the transaction. I think being available is one of the most important things a Realtor® can offer. My Goal is to reply to messages within the hour but I am usually able to respond within 5 minutes. I like to ask questions so that I can understand what is important to my clients. I customize each experience to meet their needs and make buying or selling your home a more enjoyable experience.
